Processing & Production
All items are made to order. Fulfillment times—the period it takes to create your custom product before it ships—typically range from 2 to 5 business days. Production times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen:

Domestic orders: 1–8 business days

International orders: 1–20 business days (varies by destination and local carrier)

Over 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer. 

Estimated Delivery
To determine when your order will arrive, add the fulfillment time to the shipping time. While most orders arrive within these windows, delivery dates are not guaranteed due to possible carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
