1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped shortly after. You should receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of shipment. However, this timeframe is not guaranteed, as delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
3. Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Not at the moment, but we’re always praying and planning for new things! Be sure to subscribe to our email list for updates.
4. What sizes are available?
Each product listing includes a size guide or description. Please read carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.
5. Where are your products made?
Our items are thoughtfully designed and printed by trusted partners. Each piece is created with care and prayer to encourage and inspire.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not be possible. Please double-check your cart before checking out.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry to hear if your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for damaged items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item you received is incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the incorrect product/s.
